1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Satoshi Fighters ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Satoshi Fighters is a free-to-play browser-based multiplayer RPG. Players choose characters, participate in player-versus-player combat, and manage an in-game economy using Satoshi, the smallest fraction of a Bitcoin.

3. In-Game Currency

"Satoshi" within Satoshi Fighters refers to the smallest unit of Bitcoin (1 BTC = 100,000,000 satoshis). Players earn satoshis by winning battles and completing in-game activities. Accumulated satoshis can be withdrawn to any wallet that supports the Bitcoin Lightning Network.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance requirements and network fees. By playing and accumulating satoshis, you acknowledge that you are interacting with real Bitcoin value and accept full responsibility for the security of your Lightning wallet. Satoshi Fighters is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses or third-party wallet failures.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate information during registration.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploit bugs or game mechanics in ways not intended by the developers.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts without permission.
  • Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Game free. By using the Game, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including graphics, game mechanics, and text, is the property of Satoshi Fighters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Game will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satoshi Fighters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
